March 20th, 2010—A two-year search for a forecasting solution led S. Bacher, one of South Africa’s oldest distributors and wholesalers, to Avercast Business Forecasting, the world’s first easy-to-use forecasting tool.

“Historically we were looking at each brand as an overall category with little regard for item-level decisions,” said Justin Seef, S. Bacher’s procurement director. “Now we can easily drill down to the item level using Avercast and consider purchasing strategies that leverage the pace of sales.
