Avercast Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is now TransImpact Pvt. Ltd.

Inching towards serving businesses across continents with expanded products for supply chain optimization.

Avercast, a leading forecasting and demand planning software company, was acquired by TransImpact, a leading supply chain technology and service provider, last year. With all the due acquisition formalities completed, it is time to make the transition.

The Indian office of Avercast, formerly known as Avercast Infotech Pvt. Ltd., will now be called TransImpact Pvt. Ltd. The merger is a step towards serving our clients globally with a more comprehensive supply chain technology and services.

This merger will mark a new footprint for the Emerald Isle, NC-based leading supply chain service provider, TransImpact, in the Asian subcontinent. It increases the company’s presence in SaaS-based supply chain services.
